Welcome to the United States Practical Shooting Association - Virgina/Maryland Section web site
Feel free to browse around and check us out. We have listed all 7 of the Clubs in the Section and contact information for each Club. You will also find our monthly match schedules as well as current match results from the Clubs. Most of the Clubs hold their matches on Saturday or Sunday and run from April through November however some clubs are active from March through December so please check the schedules.

July 2009 Match Schedule
Here is the shooting schedule for July.
- Fredericksburg: Sunday July 5th.
Eastern Shore: Saturday July 11th.
Roanoke:

MPSA at Thurmont: Sunday July 26th.

FURTHER NOTICE.
Shoots on the 3rd Wednesday of the month with hourly time slots starting at 3:00pm,
with the last time slot at 9:00pm.
IPSC
New Shooter Class
- Purpose: This class will prepare you for competition in IPSC and IDPA matches. It is neither a beginners nor a self-defense class.
- Benefits: Participants will improve their skills with a handgun in the areas of safety, hit probability, and speed. They will learn about action shooting sports and meet people with similar interests.
- Format: 40% classroom, 60% range. Small classes with experienced instructors.
